Pow!

I saw this somewhat ridiculous jumper in Primark last week and just had to get it. It's very silly, but sometimes you just want to wear something a bit daft. I thought I'd play around with the brightness and contrast of these outfit pics to make them look a bit cartoon-y/Roy Lichtenstein to go with the POW! graphic.

After making a "blow the paycheck" wishlist last week, I actually ended up getting none of the items I featured on it. Instead I impulse bought a pair of JC Litas! I've wanted a pair for what feels like forever, and when I walked past Office they called to me! I justified the purchase with the reasoning that this is the last month my student card is valid, and I couldn't waste the discount! (Also, I'd been for dinner beforehand and had drunk a beer and some limoncello, so my judgement may have been a little impaired!) I love them though, they are so light and comfortable for such an insanely high shoe, and I wore them all day at work without incident. The other items are still on my wishlist though, and I'm saving for the McQueen scarf in particular. I think next month we're going to buy a new TV though, so I may have to wait a coupe more months before I can afford the skull-printed loveliness!
